Finance Executive

You will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers for credit limits, follow-up from the suppliers, and the utilization of the credit limits efficiently for cash flow management. Moreover, you will be collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve the organizational goals. You will also take care of and improve the financial health of the organization.

Linking daily accounting transactions in Quickbooks
Creating and processing invoices
Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
Tracking organization expenses
Processing refunds
Reconciling net assets (bank, receivables, inventory, and payables)
Communicating with vendors regarding billing and payments
Understanding of IFRS and GAAP rules and ability to apply those in daily accounting and bookkeeping.

Job Specification:

Relevant 3-5 years experience.
Qualification: ACCA (Accounts and Finance).
Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks, Zoho, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Skeptical mindset (audit experience preferably) with insights regarding verification from source data
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with various internal departments
Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
