We are a US based B2B company and we require you to enhance our reach to the potential business customers through various communication channels.

Job Tasks:

Emailing & pitching potential customers the products given by the department.

• Converting cold leads into potential opportunities through communication and follow-ups actively.

• Calls/Emails to existing customer accounts and exploring more opportunities.

• Building a healthy sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

• Working to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the company.

• Collecting & feeding all required data for sales onto the company CRM.

• Updating the CRM with information on customers.

• Following up with past customers and cross-selling products.

• Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.

• Following up on leads generated by other departments.

• Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
