Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Content and Management of Digital Media including Social Media, Blogs and website.
- Assist in preparation of marketing plans and their execution
- Preparation of event specific awareness plan in coordination with Assistant Manager, Markting.
- Coordinate different outlets for customer complaints and queries related books
- Coordinate with Designer for social media and events art work.
- Generate Ideas to improve social media engagement post.
- Coordination with Ecommerce on books specific campaign.
- Schedule an SMS and generate content for it for events and book promotions
- Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders such as participants, customers, publishers etc for the Setup for Events (Book Launches, Festivals etc.)
- Any other task assigned.
