Sales Development Representative

Log scouts is a B2B SaaS sales and lead generation company (HQ'd in Berlin) that helps our partners by giving them a complete inside sales experience from outbound prospecting to appointment-setting and client acquisition.

Our work is focused on collaborating with SaaS brands and helping them connect with potential customers to reach their sales targets. Our team of professionals is equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively generate leads and we always come through on our part of the deal. Whether it be inside sales, customer support, or success solutions, we have all bases covered. The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative:

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Remote)

Tasks

Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, set appointments
Contacting potential customers through cold calls and cold emails, identify target accounts (in alignment with field sales)
Identifying the prospect's requirements and suggesting suitable products/services
Proactively seek business opportunities in the market
Setting up meetings or calls with (potential) customers and salespeople
Follow up marketing campaigns

Requirements

Proven work experience – at least 1-2 year - as a Sales support/ Development Representative or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
Experience of working with a CRM (Salesforce/ HubSpot), Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator
Good understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to deliver engaging conversation with customers/prospects
Readiness & motivation for intensive outbound phone calling
Good command of English

Salary: 50 - 60K + Uncapped Sales Commission

Job Timings: 2 PM - 10 PM (PST); Monday - Friday
