We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective email marketing campaigns and leveraging LinkedIn as a platform to drive business growth and establish meaningful connections. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, experience with LinkedIn outreach, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize performance and achieve key metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Strong proficiency in email copywriting, including crafting attention-grabbing hooks, compelling email openers, and impactful subject lines.
  • Experience managing multiple cold email campaigns and optimizing open rates and replies.
  • Source relevant information and contact details using tools like Apollo to enhance prospect research and personalized outreach efforts.
  • Utilize LinkedIn as a platform to identify and engage with potential clients, influencers, and industry professionals.
  • Develop personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach to drive relationship building and lead generation.
  • Research and identify target audiences on LinkedIn, and develop strategies to expand network connections.
  • Monitor and respond to LinkedIn messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong Skills in Email Deliverability and in Spamming Issues (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing and B2B sales development.
  • Experience working with email designing tools and HTML is a plus.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with Sales Reps in the US outside regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and segmentation strategies.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
  • Experience in using LinkedIn for professional networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good to have 3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in similar industry.
