Drive revenue and customer acquisition growth through paid search marketing channels (shopping, text ads, retargeting, and mobile)
Plan, manage and execute ecommerce marketing programs to achieve revenue goals
Improve profitability and grow our e-commerce sales channel
Work collaboratively with the marketing team, outsourced agency members to optimize campaigns to achieve broader marketing goals and initiatives; aligning with attribution, media-mix and customer funnel strategies
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to further grow the business; potentially researching/piloting new channels of acquisition.
Thoroughly communicate all marketing results
Perform customer analysis, conduct tests, track and analyze performance, and communicate results
Identify, establish, and maintain agency relationships to meet goals
Manage financial objectives, budgets, performance metrics

Ideal Candidates For This Position Will Have

Experience in marketing at a consumer, high-growth company with experience in digital marketing.
Experience working with internal and external partners to develop and scale B2C campaigns.
Ability to think and act strategically, while also rolling up your sleeves to be hands-on as needed.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to solve problems and give actionable recommendations.
Experience working with Shopify platform, Google Analytics
