Knowledge and Personal Characteristics:

Must have strong OOP Concepts.
Must be hands-on with .Net 4.5 (ASP.NET, MVC, Node.js, Web API, AJAX, and Entity Framework) development.
Expertise in VB.Net & C#.Net
Expertise in HTML5, XML, JavaScript, LINQ and JQuery.
Should be hands-on with SQL Server 2008 or above to write stored procedures, user defined functions using T-SQL and Microsoft.
Follow and maintain design and coding standards set in by the organization.
Should be good in documentation by analyzing the code and database.
Incorporates client requests and requirements to existing/new development of an enterprise solution.
Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player and good interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines
Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead
Punctual and organized
