- This role is a combination of IT project coordinator and account manager.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships·
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits·
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors·
- Manage all resource requirements for your accounts·
- Coordinate with the people serving your accounts and hold regular check-up meetings·
- Collect monthly hours from the resources and submit the billing hours to the finance department·
- Build and keep updated documented information on all the resources for your account·
- Coordinate with the recruitment, human resources, and the network department to effectively serve your accounts·
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders·
- Develop new business with existing clients·
- Prepare reports and account status·
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬:·
- Proven work experience as an Account
- Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role·
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level·
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail·
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities·
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
