Job Responsibilities:
Handling all the emails and replying with the suitable answers
Have analytical skills and can communicate with our US clients via Email support
Have to communicate with our US based & other international clients
Gather information on issues from customers to report or escalate further
Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among our customer base

Excellent written communication skills
Be able to write English without any errors
