We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing basic email marketing tasks and lead generation initiatives to drive successful campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of email marketing strategies and tools, with a particular emphasis on lead generation and data handling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively target potential leads and maintain engagement with existing clients.
- Utilize platforms like Apollo.io to gather and analyze data for lead generation.
- Manage email lists, design templates, and automate communications to optimize campaign results.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance campaign strategies and integrate innovative outreach methods.
Qualifications:
- 0-6 months experience in lead generation and email marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools; experience with Apollo.io is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Base salary: 40,000 PKR (20,000 Stipend for the first month if the candidate has no experience)
