PKR. 50,000 - 70,000/Month
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil).
- 10 to 15 years' experience.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on tender drawings & Specifications.
- Bar Banding Schedule
- Calculation of takeoff quantities from construction drawing.
- Preparation of Cost Estimates and rate analysis.
- Determine the worth of completed works and recommend subsequent payments.
- Assist in the development of a procurement plan.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
- This position requires the ability to use computer tool to operate AutoCad, Blue Beam, excel, Word, MS Project and other any relevant computer literacy.
- Can do shop and as build drawing Must have knowledge of take off from drawing.
- Preference will be given to those who can join immediately.
Salary Package : 50,000 to 70,000
