• Customer service representatives skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good listening skills
  • The ability to memorize scripts and adapt quickly to changes in customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication or a related field is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu
  • Working in a call center or customer service role is preferred
