To facilitate Islamic Microfinance by supervising the Assistant Manager & Officer Compliance in their tasks, updating AIM’s policies & procedures, proving assistance in compliance-related matters to the other departments, communicating with external stakeholders of AIM for the effective adhering of the rules, laws & regulations and coordination with all relevant Departments of AIM for smooth functioning of compliance-related matters
