As we grow at Mangla Garrison Housing Pvt. Limited (MGH), so do our Commercial needs, and we’re ready to step up our ambition and effectiveness by appointing a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Analysis of activity related to marketing and develop sales plans to market product.
- Hire and manage the commercial sales team, motivating and assessing their performance.
- Develop profit for the company and provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the organization.
- Establish realistic and achievable goals and implement marketing strategies to meet them.
- Generating the sales of a company designed to achieve specific sales objectives.
- Responsible for the approval of the pricing and positioning of the company's products
- Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the company
- Follow up on the daily sales achievements and report to the CEO/CFO on a regular basis.
- Receive regular reports comparing the actual sales versus the budgeted sales
- Suggest corrective actions in case the sales are below the budget
Experience & Expertise
- Master degree in sales/marketing/business or similar
- Experience from technical solution selling
- Excellent communication skills (English/Urdu)
- Rockstar presentation skills (English/Urdu)
Leadership skills:
- Ability to influence, engage and motivate highly talented people to inspire great performance across departments
- Outstanding sales management skills
Strategic:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies in early-stage / growth companies
Complexity:
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, diverse and changing environment
- Ability to balance being highly analytical and creative
