- Responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of sales, Specifications and Field Marketing in the assigned Major Zone of city to achieve the business objectives.
- Leading a team of 2( Sales advisors, Media Persons & Cataloguers) & managing their targets by enforcing all the management tools
- Sales force management and enablement of the products in assigned Region.
- Retail expansion, projects Marketing & bring agents on board as premier partners for development & retail of project.
- Drives identified initiatives in the Zone (Region) to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Identify and effectively implement Major and key initiatives at Head level in the areas or Market Development, Distribution expansion & sales operations.
- Project selling & investment advisory as well.
- Monthly meetings with senior management for future policy and process making to achieve the same goals.
