Users of the company’s products are the furniture industries, electrical panel board industry, the lighting industry, air conditioning, and refrigerators framing and water heater industries. Key clients include Al Fanar electrical, Al Easa for refrigerator, Saudi Ceramics, Al Jazierah for water coolers, Al Omron industrial factory, and Al Read for lighting. GASCO for gas cylinder, Arabian Pipes for Pipes coating BRC, Attieh steel, Faisal steel, Bawan steel, Al- Naïf Metal, Modern Factory for Rebar coating.

My key responsibilities include

Adhere and address to customer complaints with the help of technical staff to meet their requirements.
Maintain regular contacts with existing distributors / customers and develop business with them.
Follow up with clients for timely payments and ensure minimal receivable provisions.
Monitor the sales budget in the territory by analyzing sales data on a monthly basis.
Ensure timely delivery of client orders in coordination with the warehouse team.
Pitching new products to clients and provide customized solutions to existing and new customers.
Maintain customer relationships at all levels by visiting to the customers’ offices and factories and by providing product information or appropriate technical service to ensure that our brand and professional image is retained in the customers’ mind.
Focused on top line growth in the territory and meet the budgets.
