We are hiring Trainer - Contact Center based in Lahore to join our team at Marham.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop call centers' education materials.
  • Conduct training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees
  • Conduct sessions to provide soft skills training as well as system & process oriented training.
  • Train experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
  • Observe the daily operations of call center employees and identify any areas of improvement.
  • Liaise with team leaders to conduct on-the-job training.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and prepare individual progress reports.
  • Ensure employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience of working in any local call center
  • Ability to build the training department from the scratch
  • Candidate should be able to manage the complete scope of the call center's training department
