Chat Support Representative

Are you a talented communicator with a knack for providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking individuals who can excel in the dual role of Chat Support & Customer convincing skills, which are being communicated to native speakers of English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
Utilize product knowledge to guide customers and provide accurate information.
Dealing with clients through social media, i.e., Facebook, Instagram.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written communication skills in English (Grip on customer convincing are a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
Basic Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA & MS OFFICE Record Keeping
