Effectively manage the production floor by maintaining highest quality standard and within the safest environment and must comply with HS&E policies.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Prepare reports, review and analyze and discuss with department head
· Make day to day traceability of productivity, yield, downtime on the lines and conduct necessary analysis for each performance measure.
· Prepare and plan daily shift requirement as per production plan, consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems affecting productivity and take corrective action.
· Design and implement new standard (if necessary), system and processes leading to productivity improvement.
· Identifying manufacturing needs for existing and new products.
· Must have working knowledge of floor mapping, process mapping and cell mapping, 5S, GMP and production floor standards.
· Experience in implementation of Kaizen, Visual management and SMART goals
· Train people within own work group.
· Must be an effective team player as well as assertive, resilient and welcomes change.
· Must self-motivated proactive and committed, shows moral courage openness and honesty in all dealings.
· Must have Good communication and interpersonal skills.
