We’re looking for energetic, well-mannered, and customer-focused Waiter / Order Taker to join our team at Maryam Hotpot, an authentic Chinese hotpot restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages efficiently with a friendly attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Handle billing and payment procedures (if trained)

Requirements:

Male or Female, age 18–30
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Basic communication skills (Urdu; English is a plus)
Well-groomed, punctual, and courteous
Team player with a positive attitude

Timings: Full-time & part-time shifts available

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + meals provided
