• Coordinate with different deparments to analyze their recruitment needs
  • Manage complete recruitment cycle to ensure recruitment needs of the organization across different tiers of organizational hierarchy are catered within the given timelines
  • Actively use various professional and social media platforms to advertise vacant positions
  • Develop Job Descriptions of new and existing position in coordination with the line managers and ensure JDs are communicated to the employees
  • Liaison with different universities and institutions to arrange job fairs and campus drives
  • Ensure personnel files of the employees are maintained and updated on regular basis  
  • Develop succession plan for the organization for the identification and development of successors within the organization.
  • Ensure implementation of complete induction and orientation process
  • Review existing policies to overcome deficiencies and propose new policies to management of the company
  • Develop SOPs of all departments and get the approved by Head of the Concerned Department and CEO respectively
  • Ensure operational matters are process within time in accordance with the company policies
