Coordinate with different deparments to analyze their recruitment needs
Manage complete recruitment cycle to ensure recruitment needs of the organization across different tiers of organizational hierarchy are catered within the given timelines
Actively use various professional and social media platforms to advertise vacant positions
Develop Job Descriptions of new and existing position in coordination with the line managers and ensure JDs are communicated to the employees
Liaison with different universities and institutions to arrange job fairs and campus drives
Ensure personnel files of the employees are maintained and updated on regular basis
Develop succession plan for the organization for the identification and development of successors within the organization.
Ensure implementation of complete induction and orientation process
Review existing policies to overcome deficiencies and propose new policies to management of the company
Develop SOPs of all departments and get the approved by Head of the Concerned Department and CEO respectively
Ensure operational matters are process within time in accordance with the company policies
