To conduct the Recruitment & Selection process including (Receiving Resource Requisition form, Preparing Job ads, Posting job Ads using different medians,Shortlisting relevant CVs, Scheduling Interviews, Negotiating Salaries, Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters).
Liaison with different technical training institutions for recruitment and selection
Maintaining and regularly updating master database and personal files of each employee.
Process employee confirmations on monthly basis.
Assist Head of Department in Employee and Employer Branding
To manage the attendance system of all the staff members including late arrivals, early exit and absents
Compile payroll data, such as hours worked, overtime etc from time sheets and other records to generate payroll on time.
Grievance Handling and solving Employee complaints and queries related to payroll.
Process employee settlements and ensure timely payment to resigned employees.
To Manage & Monitor the Performance Appraisal process.
