· Assist Deputy General Manager in day-to-day activities

· Maintain a comprehensive record of dealers’ payments / recoveries

· Record financial transactions in general ledger

· Monitor and coordinate accounting activities as appropriate, and prepare reports

· Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management of Tiles and Sanitary orders, pending vendor payments

· Assists in the coordination, supervision, and ensure completion of tiles and Sanitary orders

· Handle matters related to the pending payments of vendors

· Discuss and communicate “Visit Plan Agenda” with Marketing and Sales team

· Prepare Monthly Evaluation Report of marketing and sales team under the supervision of Deputy General Manager
