Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assist the HR leadership team in maintaining and constantly refining all elements of exceptional organizational culture.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
  • Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
  • Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
  • Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Manage onboarding / off-boarding of all employees.
  • Contribute toward designing and implementation of systems and processes related to employee evaluation and education and training of different modules.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Up to 01-year experience as HR executive (Preferably in IT or software industry)
  • Bachelors in HRM or MBA with HR as a major subject.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Should be comfortable in using different Human Capital Management Systems.
