Call Center Agent

Maverick Helpers is seeking Male and Female staff for the call center. Looking for new talents for the UK Mobility Campaign and are providing a good opportunity for freshers to earn a handsome salary package.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to cold call and interact with potential clients
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Minimum of one year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience
Knowledge of sales processes
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Qualification: Minimum intermediate level- Bachelor

Candidates should be having basic knowledge of, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Social Media, are preferred.
Candidates with O/A levels of English will be preferred.
