Education: Master's in Human Resource Management/Organizational Psychology
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CV databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment
