The position is responsible for providing support in the pre-sales phase. Develop the customer account, digests set up. Provided access to multiple users as per the agreement. Help users to get acquainted with functionality of the account by clarifying any queries and providing tutorials if required.Maintaining the beginners tutorial material and disseminate it to all the users. Must have an outstanding Excellent English reading and comprehension skills. Must be computer savvy.Proficient with Adobe photo shop.
