Ø Controlling all operational activities of import and export

Ø Preparation of all import documents like LC, Bank Contracts, Advance payment or other documents.

Ø Making purchase order to confirm the order of imported raw material.

Ø Costing of imported raw material

Ø Liaison with custom and port authorities

Ø Liaison with clearing and forwarding agent

Ø Liaison with suppliers, indentors & foreign customers

Ø Negotiate with suppliers and indentors and follow up regarding orders until we receive the material.

Ø Liaison with insurance company for marine insurance (For air and sea)

Ø Liaison with banks regarding all activities of import and export

Ø Maintain Record of Imported raw material of active, inactive and packaging material.

Ø Manage all accounts of payables and receivables related to import and export.

Ø Controlling imported raw material and finish goods for export in store with the help of ERP.

Ø Preparation of all other regulatory documents like ADC, DIL, NOC from Ministry of Health

Ø Documentation for L/C Renewal.

Exports

Ø Preparation Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce etc

Ø Making Commercial Invoice, Packing List, E-From in Weboc and finalizing format Airway bill /Bill of lading as per exporting country demand.

Ø Proceed Case for Export Rebate.

Accounts

Ø Making purchase invoice and GRN

Ø Preparation of Sale order for foreign Customers

Ø Making export sale invoices

Ø Bank and Party Reconciliation

Ø Maintaining the foreign customer accounts in foreign and local currency as well.

Medisure was founded in 1992 under the chairmanship of Kaiser Waheed. Medisure has set its mission to serve the ailing humanity by introducing innovative drugs. The field force comprises of 107 people including medical representatives and managers reporting to the National Sales Manager stationed in Karachi. For promotional purposes Pakistan is divided in two regions, South and North. Each region is responsible to a Regional Manager in Karachi and Lahore respectively. Regions are divided in to areas manned by Area Managers who directly report to their respective Regional Managers. The Head Office houses the Marketing Department, Medical Department and Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Administration Department and the MIS Department. The Medical Representatives (called Executive Marketing) are organized in three promotional teams. Medisure seeks to market its products on IFPMA guidelines in an ethical, innovative and versatile manner. In addition to regular promotion by our reps., we regularly conduct Scientific Product Presentations on our products, HIT (Health Information Transfer) Programme for dissemination of research studies to the medical profession and most importantly have launched the first ever Medical Information Portal in Pakistan for the medical profession accessible at www.medisure.com.pk . This portal enables you to access any medical or related topic worldwide at a click. The medical fraternity can thus access any research article they require and can get their research work on the web after going through peer review.
