Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support role
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Job Responsibilities:

Negotiating and convincing customers to pay their outstanding payments.
Convincing customer to pay their overdue payments.
Ensure daily follow-up from clients and maintain its.
Contribute to team efforts to accomplish results.
Process payment over calls, emails, and chat.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly collection reports.
Identify compliance issue that requires follow-up.
