Requirements and Skills

  • Proven 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office (especially Excel) and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proactive and Confidential
  • B.A/ Masters degree (Preferably)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and employees.
  • Handle and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Maintain and archive personal and company official and confidential documents
  • Receive, maintain, and distribute mail.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Travelling with CEO

Ability to Commute:

Islamabad: Relocate before starting work (Required)
