The Following certifications are preferred:

MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Project+, Network+, Apple, ITIL
Knowledge of Linux will be plus

Engineer with two to four years of experience in the following technologies:

English Communication is a must.
Working Knowledge with VOIP phones and IP-PBX
Cisco Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling Support
Service Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support
Data Backup & Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
Experience required with Windows desktop operating Systems
Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting internet connectivity
Experience with routers & firewalls
Understanding the relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
Understanding & knowledge of CCTV remote viewing, configuration, and management
Understanding of Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / WDS / PRINT / Servers.
Understanding & knowledge of Access control systems.
Working knowledge of Wireless Technologies Installing & configuring multiple Access Points
