Senior Investment Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investment Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients on investment opportunities in real estate, build long-term client relationships, and help drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise potential investors on real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and property values.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or investment advisory (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
