We are looking for Call Center Executive. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for carrying out support and sales related activities for our production and development units.
Required Skills:
- Handling customers’ queries via phone calls, emails and live chats, responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills are required
- 1-3 years of experience in offshore Sales/Support
