Senior Technology Optimization Specalist Gig (Immediate)

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing the technology landscape of a small Chicago-based resume writing and career development company. This GIG opportunity is ideal for individuals with a knack for IT application selection, automation, integration, and optimization, aiming to improve our service delivery through efficient technology use. Your role will focus on assessing and linking our platforms, including Thumbtack, Notion, Zoom, Calendly, Google Calendar, Google Site, Facebook, and Substack, to foster a superior employee and customer experience.

1. Cibdyct analysis of existing applications and platforms based on use case described by the client.

2. Develop and implement strategies for technology optimization.

3. Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual intervention.

4. Delivery of solutions in a very timely manner.

You will have flexibility in setting your hours.

Salary will be based on your experience - you will be asked for a quote for this project.

Once the system is up and running, expect ongoing engagement from time to time to keep things running smoothly and perform upgrades as new platforms emerge.
