Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
Manage distribution as per company policy
Develop customer’s database and ability to perform analytics
Sales forecasting for respective territory to achieve sales objectives
Successfully introducing new products across sales territory

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and also with the team.
Ability to enhance product visibility
Ability to exercise sound commercial judgment
Ability to establish good relations with distributors and customers
Ability to create priorities to meet goals and objectives
Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations
Ability to train and motivate field staff
