• Develop and administor HR plans and policies

• Manage activities and actions of the HR department

• Take part in development of HR department goals and objectives

• Handle recruitment, selection and training process

• Implement and communicate change in schedule, compensation plans and benefits

• Management employee demands, grievances or other issues

• Implement and manage a performance appraisal system

Requirements:

• Knowledge of HR best practices

• Knowledge of HR systems (Is a plus)

• Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
