What Manager - FP&A - MMBL does?

Monitoring branchwise and productwise P&Ls Monthly/yearly financial planning and forecasting Liaise with business counterparts Perform Revenue Analysis, calculations & reporting Analysing actual results against forecasts and budgets Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to be presented to executives Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making Any work/task given by the line manager

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager - FP&A - MMBL?

MBA from reputed university/ CA /ACCA 4-6 years of relevant professional experience Experience in microfinance industry / Fintech is preferable yet not mandatory
