PROCUREMENT

Identifying suitable vendors for purchases
Efficiently dealing with vendors, negotiating best prices, and ensuring timely delivery.
Timely and efficient coordination with the Regional offices for procurement processes.
Ensure P2P policy is followed; making PR, PO, PI and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
Keep updated emergency numbers of concerned vendors and employees as well.

ADMINISTRATION

Smooth office operations (Cleaning, Elevators, SOPs, Generators, Ups, Repair & Maintenance)
Ensuring Head Office Store is maintained properly and physical stock tallies with ERP.
Solving and dealing with the administration related issues in the regional offices.
Monitor and supervise the duties of the office boys, cleaners and the security guards.
Recommend to revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures for logistics-related procedures and policies.
Ensure that timely arrangements are made for staff travel, boarding and lodging and facilitate visa acquisition for official visits of staff outside the country.
Preparation of annual/half-yearly work plans and departmental budget in consultation with the Line Manager and other colleagues.

Security & Safety Management

Responsible to ensure the safety & security of the organization’s assets
Ensure the availability of firefighting equipment, training of security staff in rescue and rehabilitation activities.
