• Setting up and organizing HR Department. 
  • Support business by preparing and executing HR Strategy. 
  • Reviewing, updating and implementing HR Policies.
  • Streamlining work force; carrying out work analysis, makes JD's/JS's.
  • Review grading and comp & ben. structure
  • Identifying employee capability development needs, creating. preparing and execute training plans.
  • Ensuring timely recruitment for vacant positions.
  • Ensure that HR documentation and filing is updated.
  • Managing all the tasks related to HR.
  • Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
  • Managing HR Module in ERP system.
  • Optimizing HR costs

The job is based in Lahore but will involve periodic travelling to remote locations in Pakistan.
