• Promote the Montessori’s vision and objectives by creating an appropriate curriculum
• Use various assessment tools to evaluate each student’s capabilities
• Monitor and assess student progress and write reports for Principal / Parents
• Establish a positive relationship with parents by providing regular feedback on student’s progress
• Develop lessons and learning exercises.
• Create and maintaining a safe, clean and motivating classroom.
• Establish professional relationship with students based on trust.
• Develop values in students regarding respect, honesty, responsibility, tolerance and kindness etc
• Ensure classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition
• Update attendance record of students on regularly basis
• Participate in school activities and accompany students on field trips
• Assist in interview / training of new teachers
• Ensure privacy of the student information
