A Subsidary of Pharmagen Limited Moringa Pharmaceuticals Private Ltd. is hiring Deputy Manager Distribution The post will be on Pharmagen Limited Responsibilities

The key responsibility is to organise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, and to ensure that orders are fulfilled (carried out) correctly. Other responsibilities include

Appoint effective Distributors and fire the ineffective ones.
Monitor and manage stock levels in terms of quality, quantity, cost and efficiency, delivery times and transportation costs.
Coordinate and control the order cycle and ship finished products.
negotiate rates that are favourable and in line with the company’s budget and targets.
Oversee the transportation of goods from Factory to Distributors.
Develop and implement a logistics process.
Review and approve purchase orders.
Report and review the Distributors claims and expiries.
Visit retailers and Distributors to negotiate contracts and prices and to check the stocks level.
