- Looking for highly energetic individuals, who possess excellent English Communication Skills (both VERBAL and WRITTEN).
- Must have communication skills to handle customers (U.K) on Inbound and Outbound Calls, as well as through e-mails.
- Must have ability to transform a lead into sale.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Must have excellent English (British) listening, understanding and speaking skills.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Must be equally good at appointment settings and persuasive techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT pereferable but not required.
