1. Achieve Service and Sales Targets.
  2. Develop new customers and retain old customers for maintaining good business relation.
  3. Motivates and coaches existing team Members, and assists in the training of new team Members.
  4. Work on controlling and reducing expenses and utilities.
  5. Follow the PFA rules and regularities time standers. 
  6. Handle all four segments (Production, Dinning, Take away & Delivery) and their related operations.
  7. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks and excels in performing all team member tasks including: Kitchen Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, order taker/ dining room attendant, drinks and cashier etc. as needed.
  8. Assist RGM/OM in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, team development and sales development.
  9. Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
  10. Assign each member of the team tasks based on their competencies and the needs of the group to meet production goals.
  11. Utilize the backgrounds and talents of team supervisors to enhance their abilities and groom them for future management roles.
  12. Set performance metrics for each team member and then work with team members to make sure that all metrics are met.
  13. Manage dining reservations and ensure satisfactory Customer Services.
  14. Report maintenance and training needs.  
  15. Lead team in any unwanted circumstances.
  16. Leads team members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the RGM/OM including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee          weekly /monthly roasters and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
  17. Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs and training staff on proper use. Using proper standard operating procedures to report and fix these issues.
