- Optimum Utilization of Resources
- Maintaining Projects & Staff Profiling
- Coordination for timely processing of invoices
- Facilitation to Sales for New Projects Negotiation
- Making of New Projects Feasibilities
- Induction of Quality HR for New Project(s)
- Ensuring timely resolutions of Customer’s Queries
- Ensuring timely and accurately Data Reconciliations
- Developing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Monitoring Reports Turn-Around-Time & Key Performance Indicators.
- Consolidation of Complete Processes for efficient processing.
