Being a representative of the HR-Head Office Team, this position is responsible for overall HR functions of the respective location
Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Leave Management:
Manage attendance of the whole zone including branches/EC/ HUBS
Payroll Management:
Responsible for payroll management including monthly deductions/ separations/ inductions/overtime calculations/ attendance summary and updating of staff records daily/
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Providing complete support to the Recruitment & Talent section
Staff Grievance Handling:
Resolve employees' issues or complaints
Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations:
Dealing with all the matters of ER/ IR
Maintain Employee Records
Ensure the availability of HR Documents at any given time
Employee Services
Coordination with HO HR for Employee Services related matters of the Area Office
