Desired candidate should have:

Must have minimum 2-5 years online bidding experience in portals like Elance, Guru, Odesk, Freelancer, People Per Hour etc.
Generate new business leads for Web Design, Development & Apps and Internet Marketing.Expert in writing proposals for bidding projects.
Must have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.
Should gather insight for technical team, negotiate & conclude deals.
Candidates with technical background would be preferred.
Should be comfortable in communication with overseas client through Emails, Skype, Chat, Phone etc.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Meet Revenue Targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly.Identify, Research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs.
