Two passionate, hardworking architects, preferably with more than two years’ experience, and with excellent communication and creativity skills, required on full time basis for Islamabad and Karachi Offices by Design-Build Company specializing in fast track steel structures for residential and light commercial buildings.

Responsibilities included:

Preparing complete architectural drawings in 2D
Rendering the drawings in Sketch-up or any similar software for 3D representation
Meeting and following up with clients/architects to introduce our design-build technology and developing proposals for their design-build work
Constant coordination with Site crew and occasional site visits to ensure compliance with clients’ requirements
Identifying available materials in the market and ensuring all material samples are approved by the client and communicated to the procurement/execution staff for each project

Requirement:

Bachelors in Architecture and recommendation letters from two architecture professors or previous employers required
Must have their own conveyance. Frequent traveling within city and some traveling out of city.
