• You will be responsible for different tasks of Admin & HR.
  • You’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process via online platforms.
  • All HR mandatory documents including letters & notices.
  • Excellent letter/email drafting skills.
  • Conduct training and development programs.
  • Have sound knowledge of IR and Labor Laws.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirement.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Supervising, monitoring & evaluating the staff.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Other misc. office administrative tasks.

Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English (Verbal and Written).
