We are UK based company are interested in hiring Sales/Business Development Managerbased in Sialkot Pakistan.

Generate business for Web Development, Web Designing, Mobile Apps Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, e-Commerce, Social Media Marketing And Other IT Services.
Meet prospects personally to understanding their business requirements, suggest our software solution, prepare and submit proposals, close the deal.
Focus on generating new business, to achieve sales targets, get rewarded and contribute to our company annual sales revenues
Focuses on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business
Identify customer requirements; determine best solution, present proposal, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process to support successful closing of sales cycle.
Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure individual objectives of revenue growth and gross profit target are met across products handled.
Perform daily selling activities: conduct sales calls, demonstrations, and proposal creation/presentations, maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes to over -achieving business targets.
Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape so to collect, investigate and validate competition activity to assist in developing relevant strategies.
Managing the lead generation team and facilitating sales pitch and increasing projects ratio
Development of strong personal relationships with the client/consultant/supply chain and staff;

Knowledge:

Knowledge of business operations, including core sales process.
Understanding the financial impact of margin and budget
IT Solution sales experience and knowledge.
Solutions knowledge required including Enterprise Content Management, Mobile Apps, Web Technologies, Web Development, Support services
Excellent telephone marketing skills and Email writing skills
