My Skin Clinic is a high end Skin & Hair Clinic based in Islamabad. It’s a sister clinic of My Hair Clinic that is located in London, Islamabad, Oslo and Copenhagen.

We are hiring 2-3 Call Center representatives, who will liaison between our company and our patients to guide them through our high quality services.

Key features

Manage patients’ queries via phone calls, emails and live chats
Identify the patients’ needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions and alternatives
Seize opportunities to sell products as and when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going an extra mile
Maintain proper record of all conversations in a comprehensible manner and format
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Morning and evening shifts
Male and females required
Minimum Intermediate/A levels
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a similiar position
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Complete focus on the patient’s need and how to meet their concerns

We offer a basic salary plus commission. The right candidate can make a handsome salary.
